Business
Transatlantic Mining Corp. is a Vancouver, British Columbia-headquartered precious- and base-metals exploration and development company focused on acquiring, evaluating, advancing and potentially restarting historically developed high-grade mineral deposits in stable mining jurisdictions in the United States. The Company’s principal activities comprise mineral-property acquisition; geological mapping and reconnaissance; surface and underground drilling; geophysical surveying; dewatering and reopening of historic underground workings; mineral-resource estimation; metallurgical assessment; mine-development, permitting and financing activities; and the pursuit of production opportunities from gold, copper, silver and associated minerals. Its principal assets include an 80% joint-venture interest in the Monitor Copper-Gold Project on the Montana-Idaho border, including the historically mined Monitor and Richmond copper-gold vein systems and exploration targets along the Copper Corridor; a 100% interest in the Golden Jubilee Gold Project and associated mining rights in Granite County, Montana; and an extended lease, right-to-mine and purchase arrangement intended to provide 100% ownership of the Miller Gold Mine in Broadwater County, Montana, subject to payment royalties. The Company targets resource delineation and expansion through drilling, underground access, geophysical work and evaluation of vein extensions, with the objective of converting its projects into operating mines. Recent operational developments include completion of a portable muon-imaging survey at the Monitor Copper-Gold Project with Outer Rim Exploration in May 2026, intended to identify density anomalies and prospective extensions of chalcopyrite-bearing mineralization; continued exploration updates covering the Monitor, Golden Jubilee and Miller projects; and an extension of the Golden Jubilee drilling and dewatering authorization through December 1, 2026. In September 2026, the Company reported reconnaissance sampling that confirmed a geophysical offset at Golden Jubilee, outlined a planned 1,600-metre four-hole drilling program targeting down-dip and lateral extensions of mineralization, continued mine dewatering activities and advanced work toward a maiden mineral-resource estimate.
