- Toogood Gold Corp. is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration and advancement of gold and gold-silver mineral properties in Nevada, United States, and Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. The Company’s principal assets comprise the Table Mountain Gold-Silver Project in Lincoln County, Nevada, and the Toogood Gold Project in northeastern Newfoundland. Table Mountain is an undrilled, low-sulphidation epithermal gold-silver system encompassing approximately 1,902 hectares, characterized by a 4-kilometre by 2-kilometre alteration footprint, multiple kilometre-scale mineralized vein corridors and prospective structural targets; the Company is conducting systematic geological mapping, prospecting, geochemical sampling and target generation in preparation for an inaugural drill program. The Toogood Gold Project comprises a 164-square-kilometre district-scale land package and hosts the high-grade Quinlan discovery, as well as more than 28 kilometres of prospective structural trend; exploration activities include diamond drilling, geological mapping, sampling and regional target delineation. The Company targets discovery-stage and advanced-stage precious-metals opportunities in established mining jurisdictions and does not currently operate producing mines. Toogood Gold Corp. was formed through the June 2025 qualifying transaction in which Smithe Resources Corp. acquired TGC Gold Corp.; it is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. Recent developments include the May 2026 definitive option agreement with Orogen Royalties Inc., through its subsidiary GenEx Exploration Inc., and Altius Resources Inc., providing Toogood Gold (US), a wholly owned subsidiary, with the exclusive option to earn a 100% interest in the Table Mountain Project, subject to a net smelter returns royalty; TSX Venture Exchange approval of the arrangement and issuance of the initial 1.0 million-share payment in July 2026; the staking of 44 additional claims to expand Table Mountain to 1,902 hectares in July 2026; the appointment of epithermal-systems specialist Dr. Stuart F. Simmons as technical advisor in August 2026; and the September 2026 delineation of two priority drill-target corridors at Table Mountain.
