Tian An China Investments Company Limited (TIACF) is an investment holding company principally engaged in property development, investment, and management; healthcare operations including hospitals and eldercare; property management services; and other activities such as hotel management, golf course operations, securities trading, financial services, money lending, and trading of medical equipment and building materials in the People's Republic of China, Hong Kong, and the United Kingdom. Founded in 1986 and headquartered at the Allied Kajima Building in Wan Chai, Hong Kong, the company, a subsidiary of Allied Group Limited, operates through segments encompassing the development and investment of residential, office, commercial, and industrial properties; provision of property leasing, estate management, and car parking spaces; and investment in health-related businesses targeting urban and suburban markets across mainland China. In June 2025, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Xinfuli, forms a 30/70 joint venture with Shui On Land Limited to acquire a 50% equity interest in a project company holding three residential and commercial land parcels east of Shanghai Xintiandi, known as the Yong Xin Li project, committing up to RMB2.44 billion through capital injection or shareholder loans to bolster its Shanghai property portfolio.
