- Tiny Ltd. is a Canadian technology holding company that acquires, owns and operates a portfolio of founder-led businesses on a long-term basis. The Company operates through three principal segments: Digital Services; Software and Apps; and Creative Platform. Its Digital Services segment, principally operated through Beam and its subsidiaries including MetaLab, HappyFunCorp and Z1, provides digital product strategy, user-experience and product design, software engineering, web and mobile application development, branding, marketing websites, and artificial-intelligence-focused digital transformation services to enterprise, technology, startup and consumer-product clients. Its Software and Apps segment includes Serato, a provider of DJ and music-production software, subscriptions and related hardware products, including Serato DJ, Serato Studio, Serato Sample and the Slab MIDI pad controller; and WeCommerce, which supplies Shopify-focused e-commerce software applications, merchant tools and premium themes, including Stamped customer reviews and loyalty tools, Archetype, Pixel Union and Clean Canvas themes, Orbit Apps, KnoCommerce analytics tools, Uptime automated store monitoring, and Repeat subscription and retention capabilities. Its Creative Platform segment comprises Dribbble, an online community, portfolio and talent marketplace for designers and digital creatives; Creative Market, an online marketplace for licensed digital design assets, including fonts, graphics, templates, illustrations and other creative resources; and related businesses Fontspring and Font Squirrel. Tiny also maintains an ownership interest in Tiny Fund I, LP, a private investment fund with investments including Letterboxd, a global film-discovery and social-networking platform; AeroPress, a coffee-brewing equipment brand; Mateina, a consumer beverage brand; and other businesses. The Company targets businesses with defensible brands, recurring or predictable revenue, strong free-cash-flow characteristics and experienced operating teams, and generally permits acquired companies to operate with decentralized management. Tiny was formed through the April 2023 amalgamation of WeCommerce Holdings Ltd. and Tiny Capital Ltd. and is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada; its portfolio serves customers internationally, including e-commerce merchants, designers, consumers, DJs, music producers, technology companies and large enterprises. Recent developments include the May 2025 acquisition of a 66% interest in Auckland, New Zealand-based Serato for a US$66.0 million base purchase price, financed in part through a C$20.0 million bought-deal subscription-receipt offering and C$36.1 million principal amount of 11% secured convertible debentures; Serato subsequently added direct Spotify streaming integration to Serato DJ in September 2025 and expanded streaming and hardware offerings, including Apple Music integration and the Slab controller. In 2025, Tiny increased its ownership of Tiny Fund I to 21.38%, sold WeWorkRemotely, its remote-work job-board business, for approximately C$9.8 million, divested Conference Badge, completed an eight-for-one share consolidation and graduated its common shares and warrants to the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbols TINY and TINY.WT, respectively. Subsequent to year-end 2025, Tiny Fund I sold Girlboss Holdings Inc.; Tiny also initiated debt-refinancing activities, including a proposed fixed-rate senior secured bond offering and an issuer bid for its convertible debentures. In the first quarter of 2026, Austin Singhera was appointed Chief Executive Officer, while co-founders Andrew Wilkinson and Chris Sparling became Executive Chairman and Executive Vice-Chairman, respectively.
