- Titiminas Silver Inc. is a Peru-focused junior mining and silver-development company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and prospective restart of high-grade precious- and base-metal mineral assets in central Peru. The Company’s principal asset is the Madre Sierra Silver Project, a past-producing underground mine and consolidated 18-concession land package covering approximately 7,561 hectares in the Ricran District, Jauja Province, Junín Region. Its exploration and development activities target silver, gold, copper, lead, zinc and molybdenum mineralization through underground diamond drilling, channel and surface sampling, geological mapping, metallurgical testing, resource-definition work, mine rehabilitation and permitting. Madre Sierra includes the past-producing Madre Sierra underground silver mine, the adjacent Madre Sierra Norte high-grade silver-gold-copper zone, the Titiminas carbonate-replacement-deposit target, the Maran polymetallic skarn zone, the Janchiscocha historic molybdenum mine and a copper-molybdenum porphyry target. The Company is advancing a phased development strategy intended to support a potential restart under Peru’s small-mining regime while evaluating district-scale exploration opportunities and strategic acquisitions to build a multi-asset, mid-tier silver producer. Titiminas Silver is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, with operational activities in Lima and the Junín Region of Peru, and its common shares trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol TITI. The Company became publicly listed in April 2026 following an amalgamation with 1317202 B.C. Ltd. and completed a C$3.075 million non-brokered financing that month. Recent developments include the commencement of concurrent 4,000-metre Packsack and 15,500-metre HQ underground drilling programs at Madre Sierra, Madre Sierra Norte and Titiminas CRD; reporting initial high-grade silver-gold-copper drill intersections at Madre Sierra and Madre Sierra Norte in June 2026; completion of the first modern exploration campaign at Janchiscocha, including historical-grade confirmation and definition of a district-scale quartz-molybdenite vein system in July 2026; extension of its Yauli community surface-access agreement through 2032; rehabilitation and operationalization of the Level 4365 underground mine level; and additions of Robert J. McDonald and John C. McConnell to its board of directors. In May 2026, the Company approved a reorganization of the Madre Sierra concession portfolio among three Peruvian operating companies, amended its option structure to encompass the new entities, and maintained its option to acquire 100% of the project, subject to the underlying payment obligations and three aggregate 1% net-smelter-return royalties.
