JDV Control Valves Co., Ltd. (6843.TWO) manufactures high-end control valves and related products for severe service applications in industries including petrochemical, refining, power generation, steel, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, natural gas, pulp and paper, textile, and optical sectors. The company produces metal-seated ball valves, metal-seated triple offset butterfly valves, control valves, and associated engineered solutions such as high-velocity oxygen fuel (HVOF) thermal spray components and precision metal seal technologies; these products operate in extreme conditions up to 800 degrees Celsius, down to -196 degrees Celsius, and pressures up to 4,500 pounds, featuring certifications including API 6D, API 600, PED CE, ATEX, API 6FA, TA-Luft, ISO-15848, and TÜV Rheinland SIL 3. Founded in 1975 by Shun-Tian Fan and headquartered in Taoyuan, Taiwan, with an operational headquarters, R&D center, and facilities emphasizing 100% made-in-Taiwan production, JDV serves customers worldwide across more than 60 countries including North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Australia through branches in Singapore, Switzerland, Shanghai, and sales networks. In recent developments, the company acquired the second-largest valve factory in Switzerland and integrated strategic investors including iD SoftCapital, China Steel, and Mega Holdings in 2013 to enhance global resources and operations; more recently in 2025, JDV expanded in the US market by securing partnerships with the top five power plants, advancing mass production of instrument valves for Dow Chemical, and celebrating its 50th anniversary with anticipated revenue growth from these initiatives.
