Business
Molson Coors Canada Inc., through Molson Coors Beverage Company, manufactures, markets, and sells beer and other malt beverages; its portfolio includes core brands and premium, above-premium, and beyond-beer beverages, with operations across Canada and other markets in the Americas and internationally. Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Montréal, Québec, the company serves retail, hospitality, and wholesale customers and operates within the global beverage alcohol industry, with additional activities spanning brand marketing, distribution, and portfolio expansion. The company’s product range includes beer and malt beverages under well-known brands, as well as newer beverage offerings through its beyond-beer strategy, including ready-to-drink and other adult beverage categories. In recent periods, Molson Coors has advanced a multi-year strategic reset that includes a $450 million cost-savings program beginning in 2026, an Americas restructuring plan announced in October 2025 to create a leaner operating model and eliminate approximately 400 salaried positions, and a broader reorganization of its EMEA and APAC operations in 2026. The company also completed the acquisition of Atomic Brands, maker of Monaco Cocktails, on April 1, 2026, and it earlier disclosed a minority investment in Fever-Tree Drinks plc, underscoring its push to expand beyond traditional beer into higher-growth beverage segments.
