Business
Troubadour Resources Inc. is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on acquiring and exploring precious and base metal properties in Canada. The company holds a 100% interest in the Amarillo copper-gold-molybdenum-tungsten property comprising nine mineral claims totaling 5,449 hectares in the Similkameen and Osoyoos Mining Divisions of British Columbia; a 100% interest in the Senneterre property consisting of 76 mineral claims in Senneterre, Quebec; and an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Senneville polymetallic volcanogenic massive sulfide (VMS) gold-copper project encompassing 230 mineral claims over 130 square kilometers in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt near Val-d'Or, Quebec, prospective for gold, copper, silver, zinc, and lead. It previously held interests in the Texas silver-gold property in British Columbia's Greenwood Mining District and the Monarch uranium property in Nunavut's Thelon Basin, both now subject to option agreements. Incorporated in 2012 and headquartered at Suite 1245, 200 Granville Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, the company operates primarily in western and eastern Canada targeting drill-ready projects in established mining camps. Recent developments include the September 2024 acquisition of the Senneterre property via a share exchange with Greenflame Metals Inc. for 10 million common shares; the May 2025 option of the Monarch uranium property to Pluto Ventures Inc. for up to 650,000 shares, $50,000 cash, and $150,000 in exploration expenditures over two years; the June 2025 option of the Texas property to Molten Metals Corp., which completed acquisition in November 2025, for 1.6 million shares and $500,000 in expenditures over four years; securing ATI drilling permits for Senneville in May 2025 enabling a maiden diamond drill program; completion of surface geochemical sampling, induced polarization surveys, and ongoing drill preparations at Senneville; settlement of debt through share issuances; grant of incentive stock options; appointment of Zachary Kotowych as CEO in early 2025; and adoption of a new omnibus incentive plan in July 2025.
