Established in 1997 and headquartered in Ottawa, Canada, C-Com operates in over 100 countries through a network of more than 600 active dealers, serving verticals such as oil and gas exploration, military communications, disaster management, SNG broadcasting, emergency response, cellular backhaul, telemedicine, mobile education, government services, mobile banking and mining. In July 2025, C-Com received a C$412,550 funding grant over two years from Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada under the FABrIC program, managed by CMC Microsystems, to develop high-efficiency beamforming integrated circuits and intelligent antenna modules for Ka-band electronically steered phased array antennas and satellite IoT applications in collaboration with MMSENSE Technologies Inc. The company recently secured US$2 million in antenna orders and obtained a US patent for its innovative Ka-band phased array antenna technology, advancing its multi-orbit, low-cost, high-throughput flat panel solutions for land, airborne and maritime mobility over LEO, MEO and GEO constellations. C-Com reported third quarter 2025 earnings with improved EPS of C$0.004 versus a loss in the prior year, alongside ongoing satellite testing and manufacturing of its phased array antennas.
