Recent strategic moves include the acquisition of 13 domestic franchise restaurants for $78 million announced in Q3 2024, with closure targeted for early 2025 to boost company-owned operations and average weekly sales by 0.5%; agreements to acquire additional franchise units, including five more for fiscal 2026; and ongoing new store development, opening seven company and two franchise locations in Q3 2025 while planning 30-35 expansions in 2025 and 2026 amid 12.8% year-over-year revenue growth to $1.44 billion. The company declared a quarterly dividend of $0.68 per share payable December 30, 2025, reflecting sustained shareholder returns alongside share repurchases.
