In recent developments, V-cube's consolidated subsidiary TEN Holdings, Inc. listed on NASDAQ in February 2025, marking a key expansion in U.S. event technology; the company entered a strategic partnership with TEN Holdings in October 2025 to unify technologies for North American enterprise communications and virtual events; and signed a distribution agreement with Vimeo for the Japanese market.
