Vinci SA (VCISY) operates as a world leader in concessions, energy and construction services, designing, financing, building and operating infrastructure and facilities worldwide. Founded in 1899 and headquartered in Nanterre, France, the company conducts business through three main segments: Concessions, which manages motorways, airports, highways, railways and stadiums including operations via VINCI Autoroutes and VINCI Airports in over 30 countries; Energy, through VINCI Energies, which delivers services in manufacturing infrastructure, building solutions, facilities management, information and communication technology, industrial and energy-related services such as renewable energy asset development, engineering, procurement and construction for solar and wind farms; and Construction, encompassing VINCI Construction for building, civil engineering, nuclear engineering, roadworks, rail works, water works, property development and geotechnical services, alongside Eurovia for transport infrastructure construction, renovation, urban design and granulate production. The group serves public and private clients across more than 120 countries, with significant operations in Europe, North America, Africa and Asia, generating revenue primarily from France and international markets. In recent developments, VINCI Energies has pursued aggressive expansion through multiple acquisitions including EnergoBit in Romania and Zimmer & Hälbig in Germany in 2025 to bolster energy transition capabilities, FM Conway Limited in the United Kingdom and RH Marine with Bakker Sliedrecht in 2024 for infrastructure and maritime expertise, MBO Groupe and Otera AS in Norway in prior years, alongside investments via Vinci Da Gama Fund such as €9.3 million in Polish optical firm Kodano Group and funding for Fluence Technology; additionally, the company completed 25 acquisitions in the first nine months of 2025 and revised earn-out terms for renewable energy projects previously linked to a joint venture with ACS.
