Vatic Ventures was founded in 2007 and is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. In 2026, the Company completed a significant strategic expansion into Namibian uranium through the TSX Venture Exchange’s conditional acceptance of its acquisition of certain assets from Velvet Clean Energy Corp., providing Vatic with rights to acquire initial 80% interests in the Zoya and Galore properties, with potential to increase its interests to 90% subject to additional exploration, feasibility-study and payment conditions. The transaction amended and restated the prior project arrangements and enabled the resumption of trading in Vatic’s shares in June 2026. The Company also appointed Christoph Bruening as a director in June 2026, further strengthening its board during the implementation of its uranium-focused expansion.
