Business
Vatic Ventures Corp. is a Canadian mineral exploration and development company focused on the acquisition, evaluation and advancement of strategic and high-value mineral properties. The Company’s principal activities comprise the exploration of uranium, lithium, gold, rare earth elements and polymetallic mineral prospects; the acquisition and maintenance of mineral-property option rights; geological, geochemical, geophysical and drilling programs; and the development of projects for potential resource delineation, feasibility assessment and future mine development. Its portfolio includes option interests in the Zoya uranium property, comprising Namibia exploration licence EPL 8289, and the Galore uranium property, comprising EPL 8735, in the Erongo uranium province of Namibia; the Solonópole South and North lithium properties in Ceará State, northeastern Brazil; the Sisters Mountain critical-metals project in New Brunswick, Canada, which is prospective for rare earth elements, tin, tungsten, molybdenum, platinum-group metals and base metals; and the Hansen gold property in the Chibougamau area of northern Quebec, Canada. The Company targets strategic-mineral and precious-metal opportunities in Canada, Brazil and Namibia and is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol VCV and on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol V8V. Vatic Ventures was founded in 2007 and is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. In 2026, the Company completed a significant strategic expansion into Namibian uranium through the TSX Venture Exchange’s conditional acceptance of its acquisition of certain assets from Velvet Clean Energy Corp., providing Vatic with rights to acquire initial 80% interests in the Zoya and Galore properties, with potential to increase its interests to 90% subject to additional exploration, feasibility-study and payment conditions. The transaction amended and restated the prior project arrangements and enabled the resumption of trading in Vatic’s shares in June 2026. The Company also appointed Christoph Bruening as a director in June 2026, further strengthening its board during the implementation of its uranium-focused expansion.
