VGP NV develops, owns, manages and leases logistics and semi-industrial real estate and ancillary offices across Europe; offers property management services including corporate administration, financing, business planning, reporting, budgeting, tax and legal affairs, and controlling; provides project management, facility management such as maintenance, waste management and greenery maintenance, and renewable energy solutions via roof-fixed solar panels, smart energy management, green electric charging facilities and battery storage systems. The company operates in 18 European countries including Germany, Czech Republic, Spain, Italy, Austria, Netherlands, Portugal, France, Hungary, Romania, Croatia, Slovakia, Denmark, Latvia, Serbia and the United Kingdom, targeting logistics, e-commerce, light industrial and retail tenants. Founded in 1998 and headquartered in Antwerp, Belgium, VGP maintains a development land bank of 8.9 million square meters with potential for over 3.8 million square meters of new space and reports a completed portfolio of 6.1 million square meters across 248 buildings at 98% occupancy. In March-April 2025, VGP issues a 500 million euro bond maturing 2031 at 4.25% coupon and completes a 200 million euro liability management transaction repurchasing existing bonds; expands revolving credit facilities to 500 million euro undrawn; anticipates disposal of VGP Park Riga generating over 30 million euro proceeds in Q3 2025. The company signs 39.5 million euro in new and renewed leases year-to-date through April 2025, boosting annualized committed rental income to 431.8 million euro; completes 115 photovoltaic projects delivering 163.2 MWp capacity and advances battery storage with first 6.8 MWh project in Q2 2025. VGP agrees third closing in 50:50 Saga joint venture with AREIM at 509 million euro gross asset value following two 2024 closings, progresses Ymir joint venture construction leased to Isar Aerospace, and acquires strategic land including inaugural UK plot in East Midlands.
