In October 2025, LB Group Co. Ltd acquired Venator's global TiO2 manufacturing assets, including the UK Greatham site and operations in Malaysia, alongside real estate, machinery and intellectual property from subsidiary Venator Materials UK Ltd. The company entered administration in 2025, with joint administrators appointed and approximately 273 job cuts announced at Venator UK.
