(NYSE: VOYA) is a leading health, wealth and investment company that provides retirement products and services, employee benefits, health solutions, and investment management to approximately 15.7 million individual, workplace and institutional clients primarily in the United States. The company operates through three principal segments: Wealth Solutions, which offers full-service retirement plans including 401(k), 403(b) and 457 plans, recordkeeping services, stable value and fixed general account investment products, and employee stock ownership plan administration serving about 60,000 employers and nearly 8 million participants with $670 billion in defined contribution assets; Health Solutions, which delivers supplemental health insurance such as stop loss, group life, disability and voluntary benefits covering 7.5 million individuals, along with health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts and benefits administration through subsidiary Benefitfocus reaching 11.7 million employees; and Investment Management, which manages public and private fixed income, equities, multi-asset solutions and alternatives for institutions, intermediaries and individuals with a team of over 300 professionals. Recent developments include the January 2025 completion of its acquisition of OneAmerica Financial's full-service retirement plan business, adding scale and capabilities to Wealth Solutions; a July 2025 strategic partnership with Blue Owl Capital to introduce private markets strategies via collective investment trusts in defined contribution plans and explore insurance asset management collaborations; the July 2025 launch of Voya Global Consulting, a practice management platform for financial advisors; strong first-half 2025 growth in its Multiple Employer Solution plan business with 52% year-over-year funded sales increase and new clients like the Virginia Retirement System; and the November 2025 debut of its first actively managed exchange-traded funds.
