(NYSE: VOYG) operates as a defense technology and space solutions provider serving defense, national security, and commercial space industries in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and internationally. Incorporated in 2019 and headquartered in Denver, Colorado, the company delivers mission-critical products across three segments: Defense & National Security, offering missile defense interceptors, kill vehicles, hypersonic missiles and reentry systems, signal intelligence systems with software for critical intelligence, radiation-hardened laser and RF communications, advanced electro-optical and digital systems, guidance navigation and control systems including Vantage star trackers sun sensors and cameras, inertial measurement units, and AI-powered edge computing; Space Solutions, providing in-space propulsion for orbital servicing manufacturing and deep space exploration, space infrastructure software, command and data handling systems, image processors, space situational awareness cameras, ISR solutions like TALIX for COMINT/ELINT and electromagnetic sensing, controllable solid-propulsion technologies, thrusters, nozzles, and Bishop Airlock for ISS payload deployment; and Starlab Space Stations, developing a commercial low-Earth orbit station through a joint venture with Airbus Mitsubishi Corporation and MDA Space to ensure permanent human presence and microgravity research post-International Space Station. Voyager Technologies maintains a portfolio of rad-hardened digital processing systems, modular avionics, VPX cards, software-defined radios, lunar transponders, and science park facilities for biopharma agriculture and DoD research, with flight-proven heritage since 2006 across LEO GEO and cislunar orbits. The company, formerly Voyager Space Holdings, Inc., rebranded to Voyager Technologies in February 2025 and went public via IPO in June 2025; recent developments include the September 2025 acquisition of BridgeComm Technologies' proprietary optical communications systems to accelerate laser terminals for DoD and commercial markets, the purchase of ElectroMagnetic Systems Inc. for AI/machine learning in contested environments, the April 2025 acquisition of LEOcloud to enhance space-based cloud computing, and a 2024 strategic partnership with Palantir Technologies to integrate AI across defense and space operations.
