Business
NEO Finance AB is a financial technology company and licensed electronic money institution that provides peer-to-peer consumer lending, open banking payment initiation, and business crowdfunding services across the European Union. Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania, the company operates under the regulatory supervision of the Bank of Lithuania and is publicly listed on the Nasdaq Baltic First North market under the ticker symbol NEOFI. NEO Finance conducts its business through three primary operating segments: Peer-to-Peer Lending, Payment Initiation Services, and Crowdfunding. The company's core product and service portfolio comprises Paskolų Klubas, a peer-to-peer consumer lending marketplace offering personal loans, vehicle financing, debt refinancing, automated investment tools, a secondary loan trading market, and loan buyback services for retail and institutional investors; Neopay, an open banking and PSD2-compliant payment infrastructure offering payment initiation services, account information services, instant account-to-account checkout integrations for e-commerce merchants, recurring billing, QR code payment solutions, automated refund processing, and electronic money accounts; FinoMark, a regulated crowdfunding platform providing debt and growth financing for small and medium-sized enterprises as well as real estate development projects; and NEO Finance B.V., a Dutch subsidiary established to facilitate cross-border investor onboarding and broader European operational expansion. The company serves consumer borrowers, individual and institutional investors, and digital merchants across Lithuania, the wider Baltic region, and multiple European Union jurisdictions. In recent operational and corporate developments, NEO Finance has accelerated the expansion of its Neopay payment infrastructure, scaling cross-border merchant integrations and payment initiation transaction volumes throughout the European market. Following the formal adoption of a company dividend policy, NEO Finance initiated its inaugural dividend distribution to shareholders in April 2026. In addition, the company strengthened its financial structure in April 2026 through the complete redemption of its 980,000 euro corporate bond issue upon maturity, while maintaining ongoing investments in proprietary risk-scoring algorithms, compliance automation, and digital banking platform capabilities across its operating subsidiaries.
