Wajax Corporation (TSX: WJX), founded in 1858 and headquartered at 10 Diesel Drive in Toronto, Ontario, stands as one of Canada's longest-standing and most diversified providers of industrial products, equipment, parts, and services, operating over 100 branches coast-to-coast through an integrated distribution network. The company serves diverse sectors including construction, forestry, mining, industrial and commercial operations, oil sands, transportation, metal processing, government, utilities, and oil and gas, with approximately 45% of revenue generated in Western Canada and support extended to around 32,000 customers ranging from local contractors to major resource organizations. Core offerings encompass heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, container handlers, utility equipment, loader backhoes, forest harvesting machinery, and lift trucks; power systems including diesel engines, generators, transmissions, electric motors, variable frequency drives (VFDs), pumps, and valves; industrial parts like bearings and power transmission products; and comprehensive services featuring repairs, maintenance, on-site interventions, coil manufacturing, generator rewinds, synchronous and high-voltage motor servicing, and engineered repair solutions. Recent developments include the relocation of its registered head office from Mississauga to Toronto in March 2024; the appointment as nationwide distributor for Fireye flame monitoring and combustion control solutions in August 2024; receipt of two 2024 awards from Volvo Penta for Industrial Distributor of the Year and Top Sales in Industrial Engine Parts; the announcement of a CEO succession process for Iggy Domagalski in October 2025; a corporate restructuring effective November 1, 2025, integrating Northpoint Technical Services ULC into Wajax Limited; and the launch of a dedicated Material Handling microsite, alongside a history of acquisitions through 2023 to bolster industrial parts and engineered repair capabilities.
