The company operates a vertically integrated platform including ConstantAccess and ConstantThrust engine exchange programs, engine maintenance facilities in the US and UK, used serviceable materials sales, and management consultancy through subsidiaries such as Willis Asset Management Limited, Willis Aeronautical Services, Inc., and Willis Aviation Services Limited; its portfolio comprises 344 owned engines, 51 joint venture-owned engines, and 12 aircraft, primarily narrowbody types like CFM56, V2500, LEAP, and GTF, serving over 120 countries with a focus on Europe, Americas, and Asia. WLFC maintains global offices in Ireland, Singapore, China, the UK, and the US, targeting commercial operators with services that reduce downtime and maintenance costs. In recent developments, the company exercised options for 30 CFM LEAP engines in February 2025 and acquired up to 15 Pratt & Whitney GTF engines in 2024; its joint venture Willis Mitsui & Co. Engine Support secured a $750 million revolving credit facility in October 2025 maturing in 2030, closed $596 million in fixed-rate notes in June 2025, and completed the sale of WLFC's consultancy arm to the JV in June 2025; additionally, WLFC appointed David Hooke as SVP of Mergers & Acquisitions in November 2025, expanded Teesside facilities with new hangars and 50 acres in October 2025, formed a JV for an engine test cell in March 2025, and entered maintenance partnerships with Jet2.com and TUI Airways.
