Business
InPost S.A. operates as a leading platform facilitating e-commerce logistics with its comprehensive out-of-home parcel solutions across Europe. The company is organized into several key operational segments: Automated Parcel Machines (APMs), a direct-to-door delivery service, Mondial Relay, and other international segments. The APM division is dedicated to the delivery of parcels to its widespread network of self-service lockers. The door-to-door segment offers traditional courier services for direct recipient deliveries. Mondial Relay provides services through both automated parcel machines and a broad array of pick-up drop-off (PUDO) points across France, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Portugal. The international other category covers APM and PUDO operations primarily in the United Kingdom and Italy. Beyond its core parcel delivery, InPost delivers a variety of additional services, including comprehensive fulfillment encompassing warehousing, packaging, and logistical support for online merchants. The company also maintains self-service points for parcel dispatch and collection, alongside the InPost Fresh platform, which specializes in the delivery of groceries and fast-moving consumer goods to dedicated machines or directly to the consumer. Throughout 2024, the group successfully handled over one billion parcel deliveries, marking a 22% increase from the prior year. Its extensive European out-of-home network expanded to over 82,000 locations by the close of 2024, featuring 46,977 automated parcel machines. In Poland, the APM network grew to exceed 25,000 units. The French subsidiary, Mondial Relay, notably expanded its APM network by 4,000 units in 2024, achieving a total of over 9,200 machines, while the UK locker network also saw substantial growth to more than 9,200 locations. The InPost mobile application serves 9.6 million active users in Poland. Recent strategic advancements include the acquisition of Menzies in the UK in 2024 and Sending in Spain in 2025, alongside a significant multi-year partnership with Vinted for deliveries spanning eight European markets. Established in 1999, InPost S.A. is based in Luxembourg, Luxembourg.
