Business
Xerox Holdings Corporation designs, develops, manufactures and sells document management systems, solutions and services; offers multifunction printers, production printers, scanners, wide-format printers and related software utilizing xerographic and inkjet technologies; and provides managed print services, workplace solutions and graphic communications offerings including brands such as WorkCentre, Phaser, ColorQube, iGen, Nuvera, DocuPrint, Trivor, iPrint and Rialto. The company, founded in 1906 as the Haloid Photographic Company in Rochester, New York, and headquartered in Norwalk, Connecticut, operates in more than 160 countries with a primary focus on enterprise, small and mid-sized business, graphic arts and production print markets. In December 2024, Xerox announced its agreement to acquire Lexmark International Inc. for $1.5 billion from Ninestar Corporation, PAG Asia Capital and Shanghai Shouda Investment Centre, a transaction completed in July 2025 that expands its print portfolio, strengthens managed print services, enhances A4 color market presence and delivers expected cost synergies exceeding $300 million while accelerating revenue stabilization and earnings growth.
