In December 2024, Xerox announced its agreement to acquire Lexmark International Inc. for $1.5 billion from Ninestar Corporation, PAG Asia Capital and Shanghai Shouda Investment Centre, a transaction completed in July 2025 that expands its print portfolio, strengthens managed print services, enhances A4 color market presence and delivers expected cost synergies exceeding $300 million while accelerating revenue stabilization and earnings growth.
