Business
Wi2Wi Corporation designs, manufactures and supplies high-reliability precision timing and frequency-control electronic components, principally under the Precision Devices Inc. (PDI) brand. The Company’s product portfolio comprises industrial, custom and MIL-SPEC/Qualified Products List crystals; clock oscillators, including universal, programmable and hermetically sealed oscillator products; temperature-compensated crystal oscillators (TCXOs); voltage-controlled crystal oscillators (VCXOs); oven-controlled crystal oscillators (OCXOs); quartz crystal filters; RF and microwave filters; single- and multi-pole filter configurations; space-qualified timing components; and customized timing and frequency-control devices in through-hole and surface-mount packages. Its products provide precision timing, signal synchronization and frequency control in demanding operating environments and are incorporated into GPS navigation systems, satellite communications equipment, avionics controls, industrial automation equipment, unmanned military systems and other mission-critical electronic platforms. The Company serves aerospace, defense, avionics, space, industrial, medical, Internet of Things, communications and government customers, including OEMs requiring long-lifecycle, ruggedized and application-specific electronic components. Wi2Wi provides in-house engineering, rapid-turn custom design, prototyping, testing, qualification and lifecycle support, with certain custom XO and VCXO products available across frequencies ranging from 10 MHz to 1,450 MHz. Its quality systems and product qualifications include ISO 9001:2015 certification, MIL-STD-790 product assurance, DSCC laboratory-suitability certification and QPL certifications for oscillators under MIL-PRF-55310 and crystals under MIL-C-3098. Wi2Wi operates as a vertically integrated, U.S.-based manufacturer, conducting design, testing and production at its approximately 50,000-square-foot headquarters, design center and manufacturing facility in Middleton, Wisconsin. The facility includes cleanroom and reliability-test capabilities, and the Company supplies U.S.-manufactured products to customers worldwide through internal sales personnel and a global network of specialized representatives. Wi2Wi Corporation is publicly traded on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol YTY and has operating entities including Wi2Wi Inc., Wi2Wi LLC and Wi2Wi (India) Private Limited. In early 2025, Wi2Wi completed a strategic reallocation of resources that discontinued further investment and commercial activity in its wireless-connectivity division, concentrating the business on PDI-branded frequency-control products. The Company also raised aggregate gross proceeds of approximately CAD700,000 through a July 2025 non-brokered private placement, following earlier 2025 private placements, and appointed Sue Amarin as chief executive officer in November 2025. In 2026, Wi2Wi reported manufacturing-yield improvements on certain flagship products, acquired advanced manufacturing equipment—including a seam welder and supporting cleanroom and environmental-control systems—to expand production capacity, and announced a three-year, US$2.6 million contract with a confidential defense organization to supply Precision Devices products for an aerospace application.
