- Zodiac Gold Inc. is a Canadian-based West African mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration and advancement of gold and iron ore properties in Liberia. The Company’s principal asset is the 2,316-square-kilometre Todi Gold Project, a district-scale land package situated along the Todi Shear Zone in western Liberia. Its exploration activities include geological mapping; soil and rock geochemistry; airborne and ground geophysics; trenching; diamond drilling; resource delineation; metallurgical testing; and environmental and technical studies. The Todi Gold Project comprises prospective gold targets along the 16-kilometre Monterra Trend, including Arthington, Ben Ben, Feh Feh and Lewis, as well as iron ore exploration targets including Bomi South and Bong West. Zodiac Gold targets structurally controlled and banded-iron-formation-hosted gold mineralization, while also evaluating iron ore potential across its Liberian licenses. The Company is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and conducts its project operations in Liberia. Recent developments include the completion in June 2026 of an upsized non-brokered private placement of 16.0 million units for gross proceeds of C$5.6 million, with proceeds earmarked to expand drilling at Todi, advance exploration across its license portfolio and support working capital. In July 2026, the Company commenced an inaugural diamond-drilling program of up to 5,000 metres at the Lewis target, formerly known as Youth Camp, and continued trenching activities at Lewis North. In September 2026, Zodiac Gold reported trenching results at Lewis North, including 58 metres grading 3.15 grams per tonne gold, including 11 metres grading 15.40 grams per tonne gold and a one-metre sample grading 158 grams per tonne gold, and announced drill testing of the target. The Company also appointed Brett Richards as chairman in September 2026. Zodiac Gold previously entered into a term sheet with Vitol for a strategic iron ore partnership intended to accelerate exploration at the Bomi South and Bong West targets.
