APC Minerals Limited, formerly Australian Potash Limited, is an Australia-based mineral exploration company focused on gold, rare earth elements, lithium, nickel sulphides and base metals; it holds interests in the Lake Wells Gold Project in the northern Yamarna Belt of Western Australia, approximately 60km from Gold Road Resources' Gruyere mine; the Laverton Downs Base Metals Project, 20km north of Laverton in the north-eastern Goldfields with potential for gold and nickel sulphide mineralisation confirmed by recent drilling over a 1km strike; and the Nexus Project, a 636 square kilometre tenure package on one granted exploration licence (E80/5917) in the West Arunta region of Western Australia's Kimberley for rare earths and critical minerals. The company, founded in 2011 and headquartered in Perth, Western Australia, previously developed the Lake Wells Potash Project for sulphate of potash production, including pilot plant operations and an offtake term sheet with Redox Pty Ltd for 20,000 tonnes per annum, before pausing activities in 2023 to pivot to hard rock minerals amid strategic shifts. In November 2024, it rebranded from Australian Potash Limited to APC Minerals Limited to reflect its diversified portfolio; most recently, in December 2025, it launched a A$1.5 million capital raise via a A$116,000 placement to sophisticated investors and a renounceable pro rata entitlement offer underwritten by Yelverton Capital to fund exploration advancement at Laverton Downs and Nexus, new growth opportunities evaluation, and working capital, coinciding with the announced departure of CEO and Managing Director Matthew Shackleton following a handover period.
