In late 2024, Siren Gold completed a major strategic transaction by selling its wholly-owned subsidiary Reefton Resources Pty Ltd, which held the Reefton Project tenements, to a subsidiary of Rua Gold Inc. for A$20 million in consideration, consolidating the Reefton Goldfield under Rua while retaining significant equity exposure through the shareholding. This divestiture represents a key operational shift, allowing Siren Gold to streamline its portfolio toward direct ownership in Sams Creek, Langdons, and Queen Charlotte while benefiting from Rua's advancement of Reefton and Hauraki assets. The company continues exploration activities across these New Zealand-focused properties, targeting high-grade orogenic and epithermal gold systems in the South and North Islands.
