ALUULA Composites Inc. develops, assembles and sells ultra-lightweight, high-performance and recycle-ready composite materials for performance-oriented consumer and industrial applications. The Company’s proprietary adhesive-free production process produces polyethylene-based composite fabrics designed to deliver high strength-to-weight characteristics, durability and recyclability. Its product portfolio includes ALUULA Aeris and Aeris X composite materials; ALUULA Gold fabrics for premium windsports applications; ALUULA Durlyte fabrics for abrasion-resistant and high-toughness applications, including technical packs and inflatable equipment; and ALUULA Graflyte materials, which provide waterproof, ultraviolet-resistant and puncture-resistant performance. The Company also supplies soft composite materials and engineered material solutions to manufacturers and brand partners. ALUULA serves windsports, outdoor recreation, technical bags and packs, tents and shelters, sailing, aerospace, airship and commercial/industrial markets. Its materials are incorporated into products such as kites, wings, windsurfing equipment, lightweight outdoor packs, inflatable rafts, shelters and other performance equipment; its customers and manufacturing partners operate across Canada, the United States, Europe, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and other international markets. The Company is headquartered in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, and was incorporated in 2021. Recent developments include the completion of the research-and-development phase of its collaboration with Michelin Inflatable Solutions, a Michelin company, to apply ALUULA recyclable composites in next-generation inflatable devices and shelters; Michelin Inflatable Solutions has indicated an intention to scale commercialization during 2026. ALUULA also reported new brand-enabled product launches in 2025, including DUOTONE’s limited-edition Blue ALUULA EVO D/Lab kites, Vayu’s X-Race wings with ALUULA Gold frames, and an Osprey and Carryology Archeon-series backpack using ALUULA Durlyte. In February 2026, the Company completed an upsized brokered private placement raising gross proceeds of approximately C$14.1 million to fund manufacturing-capacity expansion, a new facility, working capital and debt repayment. Subsequently, it entered into a lease for a planned Vancouver manufacturing facility with expected possession in October 2026, supporting its planned production-capacity expansion.
