AXIL Brands, Inc. manufactures, markets, distributes and sells electronic hearing and audio enhancement and protection products as well as hair and skin care products primarily in the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Africa and Asia. AXIL Brands sells its products through direct-to-consumer e-commerce channels, third-party online platforms, distributors, salon partnerships and retail chains to customers in sporting goods, recreational, military, federal agent, law enforcement, tactical, fitness, outdoor, industrial and stadium event sectors. Incorporated in 2015 and headquartered in Beverly Hills, California, the company, formerly known as Reviv3 Procare Company, changed its name to AXIL Brands, Inc. in February 2024 and relocated its principal executive offices from Alhambra, California to Beverly Hills effective November 2024. In August 2025, AXIL Brands announced a significant wholesale partnership with a major U.S. membership-based retail chain to place its hearing protection products in approximately 300 locations beginning in fiscal 2026, with an initial purchase order received and shipments planned for the first and early second quarters of that year.
