Méliuz S.A. (CASH3.SA) operates a leading digital platform in Brazil that connects consumers with online retailers through cashback rewards, discount coupons, and advertising services. The company provides cashback on purchases from over 800 partner stores including Casas Bahia, Amazon BR, Magazine Luiza, AliExpress, and Centauro; discount coupons and promotional codes; Méliuz Ads for virtual advertising space leasing and brand dissemination; browser extensions for automatic cashback activation; mobile app features for shopping rewards and receipt submissions; and financial services integrated into its ecosystem. Headquartered in São Bernardo do Campo, Brazil, with operations centered in the country, Méliuz was founded in 2011 and serves over 30 million registered users in the internet content and fintech sectors. In recent developments, Méliuz has positioned itself as the first Bitcoin Treasury Company in Brazil and Latin America, initiating Bitcoin purchases in early 2025 with 45.7 BTC valued at $4.1 million using 10% of its cash reserves, followed by shareholder approval in May 2025 to expand holdings through share issuances up to R$450 million and low-risk options strategies as of September 2025. The company acquired a 19.4% stake in Zoppy Tecnologia Ltda. in April 2024 for CRM services targeting small and medium retailers, while divesting control of Acessopar and Bankly to Banco BV in November 2023. It maintains strategic alliances with Banco Votorantim since 2022 and Liqi for blockchain tokenization, alongside reporting adjusted EBITDA profitability of R$54.1 million in 2024 and plans for accelerated growth in 2025 across user acquisition channels.
