In recent developments, Bread Financial expanded its home furnishings portfolio in Q3 2025 by signing new brand partners including Bed Bath & Beyond, Furniture First—a national cooperative serving independent retailers—and Raymour & Flanagan, the largest furniture retailer in the Northeast U.S.; it completed a $300 million add-on senior notes offering due 2029 in January 2024 as joint bookrunner transaction upsized from $200 million; and in October 2024 adjusted its soft interest rate to 29.99% while adding fees ahead of anticipated Consumer Financial Protection Bureau changes capping late fees at $8 from $41.
