Founded in 1951 and headquartered in Adana, Turkey, the company operates under the ownership of the Ucurum family and maintains strategic affiliations with Oguz Tekstil. Bossa operates large-scale vertically integrated manufacturing facilities encompassing spinning, weaving, dyeing, finishing, and fabric testing. The company's product and service portfolio comprises denim fabrics, including rigid, comfort stretch, super stretch, bi-stretch, and selvedge denim; sportswear and casual wear fabrics, encompassing twills, canvases, satins, corduroys, and dobby structures engineered from cotton, linen, lyocell, modal, wool, polyester, and elastane blends; eco-friendly and circular collections, featuring recycled cotton, post-consumer recycled denim (Rebirth and Re-Set lines), and water-efficient dyeing processes (Saveblue technology); raw, dyed, and blended spun yarns; textile processing services, including yarn preparation, slasher and rope dyeing, coating, mercerizing, brushing, sanforizing, and specialized functional finishes; and custom research, textile development, trend forecasting, and laboratory testing services. The company distributes its products to prominent international fashion labels, apparel retailers, and buying offices across more than 50 countries, maintaining primary export markets in Western Europe, North America, and the Middle East, as well as supplying the domestic Turkish textile market. In recent operational and strategic developments, Bossa finalized and fully commissioned a newly constructed yarn spinning factory in the Adana Haci Sabanci Organized Industrial Zone to augment vertical integration and raise manufacturing capacity. The company also expanded its renewable energy infrastructure through a turnkey contract and grid connection agreement for an 8,000 kWp ground-mounted solar photovoltaic power plant in Kayseri Develi to increase captive green electricity generation. Additionally, Bossa executed capital management measures through active share repurchase programs on Borsa Istanbul and facilitated share transfers among its principal controlling shareholders and affiliated group entity Oguz Tekstil to consolidate ownership.
