Founded in 1972 and headquartered in Nigde, Turkey, the company operates manufacturing facilities in Nigde and maintains key subsidiaries including Nigde Neva Yatirim A.S. and Neva Prestij Yapi Insaat Taahhut Otomotiv Sanayi Ticaret Limited Sirketi. In recent strategic developments, Birko Birlesik Koyunlulular Mensucat Ticaret ve Sanayi A.S. has undertaken a major operational diversification program away from traditional textiles toward real estate and construction, marked by the acquisition of a 51% majority controlling stake in Ankara-based Neva Prestij Yapi Insaat Taahhut Otomotiv Sanayi Ticaret Limited Sirketi and Neva Capital Yapi.
