- Denge Yatirim Holding AS is a Turkey-based investment holding company engaged in acquiring, managing, and developing a diversified portfolio of businesses across logistics, real estate development, industrial mining, and technology infrastructure. Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey, the company has been publicly traded on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker DENGE since 2012. Denge Yatirim Holding directs the strategic planning, capital allocation, corporate governance, and operational oversight of its subsidiaries and affiliated operating companies, serving commercial, industrial, and institutional clients primarily across Turkey.
The company provides a comprehensive range of products and services organized across its primary operating divisions: Logistics and Supply Chain Services, which provides full truckload (FTL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) road freight transportation, micro-distribution logistics, reverse logistics, multi-temperature controlled cold-chain storage, bonded warehousing, and integrated supply chain management solutions through Site Lojistik AS; Real Estate Development and Property Management, which encompasses residential housing construction, commercial office and business center development, architectural engineering contracting, urban project development, and property leasing through Denge Investment Gayrimenkul Gelistirme AS; Industrial Minerals and Mining, which comprises the extraction, crushing, screening, processing, and commercial supply of industrial minerals including feldspar, nepheline syenite, and wollastonite for ceramics, glass, and industrial manufacturing applications; and Technology and Infrastructure Solutions, which historically encompassed telecommunications network infrastructure, system integration, enterprise security systems, video imaging hardware, computer peripherals distribution, and technical maintenance services.
In recent strategic developments, Denge Yatirim Holding has actively restructured its investment portfolio and expanded its industrial footprint. The holding acquired an initial 9.26% equity stake in mining enterprise SB Celik Madencilik Sanayi ve Ticaret AS and exercised a subsequent purchase option to acquire an additional 9.26% stake for an aggregate transaction value of 1.75 billion Turkish Lira payable in structured installments through August 2027, substantially accelerating its expansion into the natural resources and industrial mineral sector. To optimize its operational profile and streamline business activities, the company completed the divestment of its 75% equity stake in telecommunications and systems integration subsidiary Metrobil Teknoloji AS for 95 million Turkish Lira. In its real estate segment, following the demerger and corporate reorganization of Fer Gayrimenkul Gelistirme ve Insaat AS, the company consolidated its real estate rights and portfolio assets—including major commercial and residential developments such as Premier Kampus, Parima Residence, and iTower—under its wholly owned subsidiary Denge Investment Gayrimenkul Gelistirme AS. Furthermore, Denge Yatirim Holding enhanced its capital structure and financial flexibility by increasing its registered capital ceiling from 600 million Turkish Lira to 3.6 billion Turkish Lira through 2029, completing capital increase initiatives to pay down commercial bank liabilities and strengthen working capital reserves.
