The company supplies industrial clients and distribution networks throughout Turkey and exports its products to more than 50 countries across Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia, and Africa. In recent strategic and operational developments, Rainbow Polikarbonat has advanced sustainability and capital management initiatives to reinforce its market position. The company enhanced its energy self-sufficiency by commissioning a 1,192.32 kWp rooftop solar photovoltaic power plant at its primary Kayseri manufacturing facility, while strategically divesting a 3,000 kWe ground-mounted solar power development in Yozgat to optimize asset allocation and liquidity. Additionally, Rainbow Polikarbonat completed a major bonus share capital increase to strengthen its equity base and authorized an extensive share buyback program on Borsa Istanbul, where its shares trade under the ticker symbol RNPOL, to support share price stability and shareholder value.
