Business
Hannun SA is a Spain-based company engaged in the design, manufacturing, and online retail of sustainable, handcrafted furniture and home decor products. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Castellar del Valles, Barcelona, Spain, the company operates primarily as a direct-to-consumer digital brand across European markets, including Spain, France, Germany, Italy, and Scandinavia, while also serving commercial clients in the hospitality and contract sectors. Hannun SA offers an extensive catalog of eco-friendly furnishings produced using certified sustainable and reclaimed materials in partnership with local artisan workshops. The company's core product and service portfolio comprises bedroom furnishings, including wooden beds, headboards, bedside tables, storage bases, dressers, wardrobes, and mattresses; living and dining room furniture, including dining tables, chairs, benches, sofas, coffee tables, armchairs, television units, and sideboards; home office and organization solutions, including desks, bookcases, wall shelving systems, and coat racks; home decor and accessories, including mirrors, lighting fixtures, rugs, decorative objects, and framed wall art; outdoor furniture collections; and specialized business-to-business furnishing, custom design, and interior fit-out services for hotels, restaurants, and corporate offices. In recent corporate developments, Hannun SA has pursued strategic inorganic expansion and vertical integration to optimize its supply chain and European market footprint. In August 2025, the company acquired a 100 percent stake in furniture company Qhands Design along with a capital commitment to support working capital and production synergies. In December 2023, Hannun expanded into Northern Europe by acquiring a 51 percent majority stake in Danish minimalist furniture brand We Do Wood. These transactions followed the acquisition of decorative print brand Artesta and strategic capital increases on the BME Growth market, where the company has been publicly listed under the ticker symbol HAN since June 2022.
