Bank of Idaho Holding Company (BOID), incorporated in 1985 and headquartered in Idaho Falls, Idaho, serves as the holding company for Bank of Idaho, a regional bank providing personal and business banking products and services across Idaho and eastern Washington. The company offers deposit products including checking and savings accounts, money market accounts, individual retirement accounts, and certificates of deposit; lending solutions such as auto, home, recreational vehicle, personal, agriculture, small business administration, FSA, commercial real estate, term operating capital, term equipment, and home equity loans, together with lines of credit, letters of credit, debit cards, and credit cards; and additional services encompassing automated clearing house payments and debits, bill payments, remote and mobile deposits, sweep accounts, trusts, investment management and custody accounts, estate planning, annuities, 401(k) plans, safe deposit boxes, digital wallet, teller services, wire transfers, online banking, mobile banking, text banking, and telephone banking. Bank of Idaho operates branches in Idaho Falls, Ashton, Pocatello, St. Anthony, Island Park, Boise, Nampa, and a mortgage origination office in Twin Falls, Idaho, as well as locations in Pasco, Dayton, Spokane, Yakima, Kennewick, and Sunnyside, Washington. In April 2025, Glacier Bancorp, Inc. completed its $245 million all-stock acquisition of Bank of Idaho Holding Company, integrating the bank's operations into Glacier's divisions—Eastern Idaho branches into Citizens Community Bank, Treasure Valley branches into Mountain West Bank, and Eastern Washington branches into Wheatland Bank—adding approximately $1.3 billion in assets, $1.1 billion in loans, and $1.1 billion in deposits while rebranding branches under the new Glacier Bank divisions.
