Incorporated in 1986 as a public limited company since 1988, Duropack Limited is headquartered in New Delhi, India. In recent developments, the company reported revenue from operations of Rs 105.77 million for Q2 FY2026 ended September 30, 2025, reflecting an 18.69% year-over-year increase, alongside a management change with the appointment of Mr. Aman Pal as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective November 14, 2025, following the resignation of Mr. Anil Kumar Rustogi; additionally, Managing Director Mr. Vivek Jain was reappointed for a further five-year term in March 2024.
