Business
Galaxy Agrico Exports Limited Galaxy Agrico Exports Limited manufactures and exports agricultural tools and equipment, along with forged rings and bearings, from its headquarters in Rajkot, Gujarat, India. Founded in 1992, the company produces a comprehensive range of products under the GALAXY brand, including hoes, pick mattocks, shovels and spades, forks, garden tools, diggers, cultivator blades, bars, axes and wood wedges, hammers, handles, and bearing cages; it employs advanced manufacturing processes such as single-piece forging, induction hardening, powder coating, and epoxy finishing to ensure high-quality output for export markets. Galaxy Agrico Exports Limited exports 100% of its production to over 39 countries across Europe, the United States, Central and Latin America, Africa, the Middle East including Saudi Arabia and the UAE, and other regions, holding the highest installed capacity in India for many of these hand tools and maintaining stringent quality inspections at every production stage. In August 2025, the company approved the slump sale of its entire agricultural equipment and bearings manufacturing and trading business to Forgex Rings Private Limited, a non-related entity, for INR 9.25 crore, following shareholder approval at the annual general meeting on September 29, 2025; this transaction, which includes the transfer of assets, liabilities, licenses, employees, and contracts as a going concern, is expected to complete by the end of fiscal year 2025-26, with proceeds earmarked for developing new business lines amid profitability challenges in the existing operations that generated 100% of recent turnover.
