- KP Green Engineering Limited is an India-based engineering and manufacturing company that designs, fabricates, and galvanizes customized steel structural products and infrastructure solutions for the renewable energy, power transmission, telecommunications, and infrastructure sectors. Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Surat, Gujarat, the company operates as a specialized manufacturing entity within the KP Group. The company manufactures and supplies a comprehensive suite of products and services organized across multiple segments: solar mounting structures, including ground-mounted fixed tilt structures, seasonal tilt frames, single-axis tracker systems, and rooftop solar mounting solutions; wind energy structures, including wind turbine generator lattice towers and specialized structural components; power transmission and distribution infrastructure, comprising high-voltage lattice transmission towers, transmission line monopoles, substation gantries, and equipment mounting structures; telecommunication infrastructure, featuring angular towers, tubular towers, guyed masts, rooftop towers, and smart city utility poles; road and highway safety products, including W-beam and Thrie-beam galvanized highway crash barriers, bridge railings, and pedestrian guardrails; pre-engineered building (PEB) structures and heavy industrial steel frameworks for factories, logistics warehouses, and industrial sheds; and comprehensive metal processing services, including high-capacity hot-dip galvanizing, precision CNC cutting, bending, punching, and turnkey engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) execution. In recent developments, KP Green Engineering Limited completed a major initial public offering (IPO) on the BSE SME platform in March 2024, raising approximately INR 189.5 crore to fund its strategic expansion initiatives. The company is executing a substantial manufacturing capacity expansion via a new mega-facility located in Matar, Gujarat, scaling its total annual fabrication and galvanizing capacity from approximately 53,000 metric tonnes to over 290,000 metric tonnes and establishing one of the largest hot-dip galvanizing kettle setups in Asia. Furthermore, the company has expanded its technical capabilities to cater to 400 kV and 765 kV ultra-high-voltage power transmission lines, introduced advanced structural designs for large-scale utility solar installations, and strengthened synergies across the renewable power infrastructure value chain.
