Incorporated in April 2023, Royal Sense Limited is headquartered in North West Delhi, India. In March 2024, the company transitioned to a publicly traded entity following its initial public offering (IPO) on the BSE SME platform. In late 2025, the company advanced a corporate consolidation through a proposed scheme of merger by absorption of TTG Innovations Private Limited to expand its operational footprint. The company has continuously broadened its commercial portfolio with strategic pharmaceutical formulation rollouts throughout 2025. In July 2026, the board of directors sanctioned significant expansion and capital structuring plans, including an increase in authorized share capital from INR 10 crore to INR 20 crore, authorization to raise up to INR 500 crore via debt securities, approval for asset acquisitions of up to INR 200 crore, and initiatives to establish branch offices outside India to drive international expansion.
