Star Delta Transformers Limited manufactures, supplies, erects, tests, and commissions power and distribution transformers in India. The company offers a comprehensive range of transformers including single-phase and three-phase distribution transformers from 10 KVA to 2500 KVA, power transformers up to 40 MVA and 132 KV, solar and wind transformers, extra high voltage transformers, and special purpose transformers such as auto, converter, earthing, furnace, generator, instrument, rectifier, and traction transformers; it also provides turnkey project services encompassing supply, installation, erection, testing, and commissioning for substations and transmission lines, alongside operating a 500 KWp PV on-grid solar power plant in Madhya Pradesh. Incorporated in 1977 and headquartered in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, Star Delta Transformers serves electricity boards, discoms, industrial customers, and contractors primarily in India while exporting to Azerbaijan, Myanmar, and Afghanistan. The company, listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange under ticker STARDELTA.BO, recently secured a Rs. 61.98 crore order from Madhya Pradesh Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company Limited (MPMKVVCL), entered into a land purchase agreement on February 20, 2025 for business expansion, reported unexecuted orders worth Rs. 236.69 crore as of August 2025, appointed Devyanshu Tiwari as Company Secretary effective August 26, 2025 following Itisha Agarwal's resignation, and scheduled its 49th Annual General Meeting for September 29, 2025.
