The company, listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange under ticker STARDELTA.BO, recently secured a Rs. 61.98 crore order from Madhya Pradesh Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company Limited (MPMKVVCL), entered into a land purchase agreement on February 20, 2025 for business expansion, reported unexecuted orders worth Rs. 236.69 crore as of August 2025, appointed Devyanshu Tiwari as Company Secretary effective August 26, 2025 following Itisha Agarwal's resignation, and scheduled its 49th Annual General Meeting for September 29, 2025.
