Originally incorporated in 1991 as Sarda Papers Limited and headquartered in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, with executive corporate operations in Panaji, Goa, the company completed a comprehensive corporate transformation and adopted the name Tahmar Enterprises Limited to align with its strategic transition from paper manufacturing to the biofuels and distillery sector. Recent major operational and corporate developments include a 10-for-1 equity share split, capital raising via preferential share allotments, and the proposed acquisition of Eco Cane Sugar Energy Private Limited to expand processing and feedstock capabilities.
