Its operational concessions cover six Argentine provinces across two primary geographic divisions: the Central Region, comprising Córdoba, Catamarca, and La Rioja; and the Cuyo Region, comprising Mendoza, San Juan, and San Luis, serving approximately 1.4 million connected utility clients across an extensive distribution network spanning tens of thousands of kilometers. In recent major corporate developments, the company executed a corporate restructuring that included changing its corporate name from Inversora de Gas del Centro S.A. to ECOGAS Inversiones S.A. and conducting voluntary share exchange offers to consolidate its controlling equity interests across both Distribuidora de Gas del Centro S.A. and Distribuidora de Gas Cuyana S.A. under a single listed entity. In January 2025, the company completed the public listing and commenced trading of its Class D ordinary shares on the Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos (BYMA) exchange under the ticker symbol ECOG.
