Cable One, Inc. (NYSE: CABO) provides broadband communications services to more than 1.1 million residential and business customers across 24 states in the United States through its primary Sparklight brand and associated brands including Fidelity Communications, ValuNet, Hargray and CableAmerica; the company offers high-speed residential data services with Gigabit speeds and unlimited data options, advanced Wi-Fi enhancements, IPTV video services via Sparklight TV app with cloud-based DVR on devices such as Amazon Firestick and Apple TV, digital voice services featuring caller ID and voicemail, and business solutions encompassing dedicated internet access, phone systems, cloud services, enterprise connectivity, wholesale and carrier offerings; it operates a fiber-powered hybrid fiber-coaxial network focused on smaller cities, rural markets and mid-sized communities, serving sectors from small businesses to enterprises with scalable connectivity and entertainment products. Headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, Cable One traces its origins to 1986 as a former subsidiary of Graham Holdings Company, becoming an independent public entity in 2015 following a spin-off. In December 2024, Cable One amended its strategic partnership with Mega Broadband Investments Holdings LLC (MBI), in which it holds a 45% stake, paying $250 million to other equity holders plus facilitating $100 million in new MBI debt to reduce the future purchase price for the remaining 55% interest, granting enhanced timing flexibility for potential full ownership no earlier than October 2026 while supporting MBI's broadband, fiber, video and voice services under the Vyve Broadband brand across the Southeast, Northwest and Mid-South with approximately 226,000 customers and $320 million in trailing 12-month revenue as of September 2024.
