(Nasdaq: CBK) operates as a bank holding company for its wholly owned subsidiary, Commercial Bank, a Tennessee state-chartered full-service community bank organized in 1976 that provides traditional consumer and commercial banking products and services; these include savings accounts, checking accounts, personal and business loans, personal credit cards, business checking, digital banking, remote deposit capture, mobile device payment services, and online bill pay to businesses and individuals in select markets across Tennessee, Kentucky, and North Carolina. The bank maintains 34 branches serving the Nashville MSA, Knoxville MSA, Tri-Cities MSA, Claiborne County, Cocke County, Union County, Hamblen County in Tennessee, counties in southeast Kentucky, and the Charlotte MSA in North Carolina, along with one loan production office; it targets community-based customers with a focus on relationship banking, reporting total assets of $2.2 billion, net loans of $1.7 billion, and deposits of $1.8 billion as of September 30, 2025. Founded in 1975 and headquartered at 6710 Cumberland Gap Parkway in Harrogate, Tennessee, the company completed an upsized initial public offering on October 3, 2025, pricing 7,173,092 shares at $24.00 per share on Nasdaq and netting approximately $30.6 million in proceeds primarily to repay indebtedness, redeem subordinated debentures, and trust preferred securities; in Q3 2025, it reported net income less non-controlling interest of $9.5 million or $0.77 per diluted share, with year-to-date net income of $27.1 million or $2.22 per diluted share and an improved efficiency ratio of 46.2 percent.
