Coastal Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: CCB) operates as the bank holding company for Coastal Community Bank, a Washington state-chartered commercial bank that provides a full range of banking products and services to small and medium-sized businesses, professionals, and individuals primarily in the greater Puget Sound region of Washington state; its core offerings include commercial and industrial loans such as term loans, commercial lines of credit, capital call lines, working capital loans, equipment financing, borrowing base loans, and small business administration loans; owner and non-owner-occupied real estate loans; multi-family residential loans; construction, land, and land development loans; residential real estate loans; consumer loans encompassing automobile, boat, recreational vehicle, and secured term loans as well as personal lines of credit with overdraft protection; deposit products featuring checking, savings, money market, and time deposit accounts; debit cards; remote deposit capture; online and mobile banking; direct and reciprocal deposit services; business cash management services including business checking and savings accounts and treasury services; and Banking as a Service (BaaS), a platform enabling broker-dealers and digital financial service providers to offer banking services to their customers. The company conducts business through three reportable segments: community banking focused on local deposit and loan activities via 14 full-service branches in Snohomish, Island, and King Counties; CCBX, which drives BaaS revenue and represents the largest revenue contributor; and treasury and administration handling overall management and funding. Founded in 1997 and headquartered at 5415 Evergreen Way in Everett, Washington, Coastal Financial Corporation maintains deposits insured by the FDIC and operates under supervision by the Federal Reserve and Washington State Department of Financial Institutions. In recent developments, the company reports strong growth in its CCBX segment with 29 partnerships established by September 2025, alongside expansions of six existing partner programs to incorporate new products such as lines of credit, deposit programs, and credit cards; Robinhood's deposit program advances to testing with ramp-up anticipated in Q4 2025; and an active pipeline of new partnership opportunities and product launches projected through 2025 and beyond, positioning the firm for sustained revenue expansion.
