CSB Bancorp, Inc. operates as the bank holding company for The Commercial & Savings Bank, a full-service community bank providing comprehensive retail and commercial banking, trust, brokerage, and wealth management services to individuals, businesses, and institutions primarily in Holmes, Stark, Tuscarawas, Wayne, and Medina counties in Northeast Ohio. Its core deposit products and services include checking and savings accounts, time deposits, individual retirement accounts, safe deposit boxes, and night depository facilities; loan products encompass personal loans, commercial loans, consumer loans, residential real estate mortgage loans, commercial real estate mortgage loans, and installment loans; trust and financial services feature estate settlement, retirement plans, agency accounts, investment management, estate planning, and brokerage services. Founded in 1879 and headquartered in Millersburg, Ohio, with CSB Bancorp incorporated in 1991, the company operates 16 banking centers, trust offices in Millersburg and Wooster, and a loan production office in Medina.
